Prior to becoming CEO, Marcus was Project Director and led Hexicon’s project in South Korea. Prior to Hexicon, he was employed at GVA Consultants and LM Ericsson. M.Sc. from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (2007).

Niklas Hummel, CTO
Born 1982. CTO since 2018.
Prior to Hexicon, Niklas worked as a mechanical design consultant at Kockums shipyard. Niklas holds a master’s in mechanical engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (2010).

Born 1968. Head of North Atlantic since 2020.
James has worked with start-up, growth companies and SMEs since 1994. Current other assignments; member of the Advisory Board of TT Environmental Solutions Fund and The Conduit EIS Impact. Master’s in science in Sea Use & Marine Police from the London School of Economics (1994), B.A. in Marine Affairs with a minor Anthropology from the University of Miami (1991).

Henrik Baltscheffsky, Business Development Manager
Born 1957. Business Development Manager since 2021.
Prior to Hexicon, where he acted as CEO until 2021, he was the CEO of Salénia AB and a senior advisor at Investor Growth Capital AB. Currently also a member of the board of directors in Freia Offshore AB and an alternate in Dounrey Holding AB since 2016. MSc from Stockholm School of Economics (1982).
